Of course. We have an easy-to-use messaging system that facilitates two-way communication. To message a retailer about an order, go to the order. From there you should see a link to message the retailer who placed the order with you. You can access all previous conversations by going to "Messages" option from the user-icon menu in the top right of the brand portal.
Note: while some users may choose to share emails with retailers, please be advised that we cannot settle disputes between brands and retailers that communicated off of the Peeba platform.
