Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:
Xendit (For Indonesian Retailers only): If you are a retailer based in Indonesia, we also provide the option to pay via Xendit. Xendit is a trusted and popular payment gateway in Indonesia, known for its reliability and security. Via Xendit, you can pay with bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallet or QR code.
Q: When will I get charge?
The date you are charged for an order may differ depending on Payment Terms you choose when checkout:
You will be charged immediately via your added credit/debit card.
Net 60 terms
If you are eligible for Net 60 terms, we will not charge your card until 60 days after you place an order. Spending limits apply. We will auto charge your card 60 days after the items have been Shipped. However if you would like to pay off your invoices sooner you can log into your account and pay any outstanding invoices in your "My Invoices" tab.
For payment-on-shipment orders, your card will only be charged 7 days after your order is shipped.
Note: Please be aware that international payments may incur additional bank fees for currency conversion and cross-border transactions. The specific fee amount can vary depending on your bank's policies.
