We offer free returns on the first order you place with any brand, so you can feel confident buying new lines online.
These returns are only available for your first order with a new brand; any reorders from that brand will not be eligible for returns.
You can request return following the below steps:
- Go to Orders page from the top-right corner
- Select Return Request on the order you would like to return the products
- Select the Product(s) & the Quantity
- After that please select the Return Reason and click Next
- Then fill in the Ship from address as well as the Package Weight and Dimensions
- Once you have submitted the request, you will be able to print the shipping label and commercial invoice from Peeba platform. Please book the pick up after printing all the labels and commercial invoice.
- If you have any difficulties on booking the pick up or cannot print the shipping label with commercial invoice, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
If your account has Net 60 payment terms, we simply won’t charge you for any products you’d like to return. If you pay on shipment, any returns will be refunded directly to your original payment method.

- We only allow free returns on your first order with each brand, if you are reordering the same line we assume both you and your customers love the products
- Any return applications should be submitted within 60 days once the goods were delivered
- All returns must be unused and in perfect condition
- We can't accept returns for testers, sample items as well as food and beverage
- Shipping costs to your store are non-refundable, return shipping costs are covered by Peeba
- Peeba Cash is non-refundable on return
