If you find your product cheaper on another website, you can request a refund for the difference.
Just remember to contact us after the order has been confirmed and within 7 days of the product being delivered. You must provide us with the link to the other offer, which must be online and available when we check.
Checklist for Price Matching:
- The other offer must be for the same region, same brand and product name.
- The other offer must have the same selling period but without a discount coupon.
When can you not make a claim?
- If the other offer is on a website that doesn’t reveal the product price or seller information
- If the other offer is part of a discount or membership program. Other offers are defined as any situation in which a customer receives a lower price from a seller or other website as a reward for repeat business, logging in, entering a coupon code, referring other customers, or performing any other action that changes the initially displayed price.
- If your product or the offer you're comparing is labeled as a "Partner offer” (i.e. is facilitated by a peeba.com partner company).
